KFC Makes it BIG on NBC's Community

Yes this is 10 days late. NBC's Community had its 2nd best epidsode ever (Paintball is #1) and it was thanks entirely to Anna & her KFC integration. The tie-in was perfect because it was so over the top. I've heard ratings are hurting and it'd be s shame if this show didn't continue.

If they reveal the 11 spices on air, I know it will be a big ratings hit.

It's Real & It's Disgusting... KFC Double Down. Yuck

I have to admit, I was intrigued by the KFC DoubleDown. After a few beers at the Knife Bar, I decided to stop and pick one up for my bus-ride home.

As I was handed my bag, the bus drove by allowing me the time to attempt to enjoy this creation, before figuring out how to get home.

After 4ish bites and half the sandwich. I had to stop. Beyond the not fully melted cheese and the nasty bacon, the grilled version has heavily spiced chicken that I can only describe as nasty.

I didnt feel well on the train ride home, walked the 50 blocks from Penn Station to my apartment, and then went for a 4 mile run...

KFC - You have failed.

The quests gets delayed...

A full week of inactivity and we're not any closer.

We've strategized trying to get the Perdue family involved in the quest. The man makes a fine bird.

I'm hoping Anna's connections to DestinationBC can somehow get us to a KFC in lovely, picturesque BC/Whistler/Vancouver, Canada.

The employees at the KFC on Route 36 are loyal and true to KFC & Yum Brands. Despite my best efforts, I could not wrestle the secret recipe at an employee level.

Those colors don't bleed and KFC has a strong army protecting its front lines.
